What is Hot-plate Welding?

The hot plate welding machine welds plastic parts using a temperature-controlled heating plate. The plate is placed between the two parts, melting their surfaces when pressed together.

After a preset heating period, the molten surfaces are separated, the plate is removed, and the parts are pressed together. Once reaching a specific welding time and depth, the welding process is completed.
